Yes, an account is required to order. This allows us to save your measurements and preferences, track order status, and access your data for reorders.

Items in your cart are saved indefinitely while logged in. Please note that fabric availability and prices may change.

We offer 5 different measuring methods:

1. Body Measurements: Measure yourself with a tape measure (9 points: waist, hip, crotch, thigh, knee, calf and hem circumference plus outseam and inseam length).
2. Own Pants as Template: Take measurements from your favorite pants.
3. Standard Sizes: Choose your usual size.
4. Saved Measurements: Use your previously saved measurements (for existing customers).
5. Send for Measuring: Send us a garment as a template – we will do the measuring.

The configurator includes detailed instructions with images for each measurement.

If the fit is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will of course make adjustments or create a replacement. However, if the error lies with the measurements you provided, we unfortunately cannot accept liability. Contact us via our messaging system – we review each case individually.

Yes, you can send us your favorite pants – whether jeans or chinos. We measure them precisely and create your new pair based on these measurements. The reference pair is returned undamaged.

Yes! Since we make each pair individually to your measurements, there are no size limits. Whether XS or 5XL - we craft for every body type.

Cut (shape of the pants):
• Bootcut: Slightly flared at the bottom – classic 70s look.
• Sailor Cut: Straight from thigh to hem – maritime style.
• Tapered Cut: Carrot shape – wider at top, narrower towards bottom.
• Straight Cut: Standard straight cut – timeless and versatile.
• Skinny Cut: Tighter at knee and hem – modern, slim look.

Fit (width on body):
• Tight: Close to body – accentuates the figure.
• Regular: Normal width – comfortable for everyday wear.
• Loose: Airy and relaxed – maximum freedom of movement.

We offer 20 different denim fabrics. From classic raw denim to stretch variants to light summer fabrics – there is something for every taste and occasion.

Jeans are made from robust denim – a durable twill fabric that develops a unique patina over time. Ideal for everyday wear and casual occasions.

Chinos are made from lighter cotton twill, more elegant and versatile – perfect for the office or dressier occasions. We craft both custom-made to your specifications.

Selvedge refers to denim made on traditional shuttle looms. The characteristic edge prevents fraying and indicates quality craftsmanship. Selvedge denim develops a unique patina over time.

For warm days we recommend lighter denims (under 10 oz) or our cotton chino fabrics. These are more breathable and comfortable at higher temperatures. Filter by fabric weight in the configurator.

Yes, sustainability matters to us. We work with mills that focus on resource-friendly production, pay fair wages and maintain transparent supply chains. Most of our fabrics are GOTS or OEKO-TEX certified.

We offer 9 different thread colors - from classic golden yellow to orange, brown, white and black. The thread significantly affects the appearance of your jeans and can be individually selected in the configurator.

Production of your custom pants (jeans or chinos) takes 1-2 weeks. We then ship insured via DHL. Within Germany shipping takes 1-2 working days.

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping starts from 12€ – depending on the destination. Delivery takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the country. No prior contact required.

Yes! In your account under "Orders" you can see the current status. Once your pants ship, you receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping within the EU (incl. Germany) costs a flat rate of 7.90€. For countries outside the EU we charge from 12€ – depending on the destination.

Yes, you can pick up your order at one of our studios. Through our appointment calendar you can see available locations and book a free slot directly. Save shipping costs and try on your pants right away.

Only wash your pants when necessary at maximum 30°C. Use little detergent and avoid fabric softener. Air dry jeans and chinos hanging, not in the dryer. This keeps the color longer.

With proper care our custom pants (jeans and chinos) can last many years - often much longer than off-the-rack. Quality construction and robust fabrics ensure longevity.

Yes! We offer repair service for all pants made by us – whether jeans or chinos. We take care of worn spots and broken zippers. For major alterations (e.g. after weight change) we check individually if adjustment is possible – otherwise we offer existing customers discounted new orders.

For valid complaints that are our responsibility, we will of course repair or replace the product. Simply contact us via our messaging system. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years and excluded from returns.

We accept PayPal and bank transfer (prepayment). Cash payment is possible for studio pick-up.

Payment is made in advance – either via PayPal or bank transfer. Direct debit or credit card payment is not possible. Once payment is confirmed, we start production of your custom pants.

Since each pair is made individually to your measurements, returns are generally excluded. For fit issues caused by our error, we will of course make adjustments or create a replacement. Please contact us via our messaging system in this case.

Yes! We offer gift vouchers in two variants: As an elegant gift box or as digital download for printing. Vouchers make a perfect gift for those who value individual fashion.
